In embarking on this intense learning journey trainees will be supported by our dedicated staff who will help to develop the knowledge and understanding needed to become an excellent practitioner.

We believe that the best way to learn about how to become a teacher is to have the opportunity to develop good practice under the guidance of working alongside class teachers.  The ability to reflect and evaluate on what we do is a skill that we can only develop through practise.  With highly trained staff to mentor and through sensitive coaching, we are proud to help and nurture our primary school teachers of the future.
