The School Leadership Team (SLT) continually monitors, evaluates and reviews the work of the school to identify where we are doing well and what areas we need to improve. The school improvement priorities are agreed with the governing body in the summer term prior to the new school year.
As part of the school leadership team the governors hold the school to account for the overall performance of the school through the work of its finance and curriculum committees.
The plan is reviewed and updated following the end of each term within the school year.
Each subject leader alongside their team develops an action plan for their subject. These plans are reviewed each term and updated.
